    I honestly love this bank and this branch. The staff is friendly and remembers me, the line usually moves quickly, they are efficient and explain your options. I almost thought twice when I read the other reviews but I have been banking with chase for years and always prefer this location.

    ATM ate our checks and the banker inside sells it’s been happening to customers. Just call the 800 number, they may credit you. Otherwise, you will have to wait until they find the check. How irresponsible is that? What kind of lousy answer is that? It’s Dec 29 and I need the money. I cannot wait at the mercy of chase. How about you put a note on the ATM if it’s been happening to customers.

    Went in while the bank is having a huge outage and I was pretty understanding about it but also quite sad at the fact my bills will be paid late. I didn't get her name but the Middle Ages women at the counter was quite rude and considerably inconsiderate. I understand they are having problems with their system, but she she could at least have been nicer.
