I even called Richie once with a bad stain question and his suggestions worked perfectly. He doesn't only do my carpets perfectly, he also has done much of my furniture with fantastic results as well. He's professional, courteous, knowledgable, and extremely reasonably priced and conscientious. I'm always impressed and will never use a different company.
